HOW WE MADE IT?

Our fresh pasta is made with selected durum wheat flour from Altamura and free range eggs.

The careful choice of fresh ingredients allows us to obtain a product that is not only good but also genuine: the fresh pasta of Maestri della Pasta has in fact a low glycemic index which makes it more digestible.

Available in different forms and sizes from our store in Lugano is the Bronze Die pasta, which has a rougher surface making it ideal to retain the flavor of our sauces.

Even the stuffed pasta we make includes the use of selected ingredients such as fresh cow's milk ricotta and Burrata from Apuglia.
