Caserecce

Our fresh pasta is produced from high quality fresh ingredients that gives it a unique flavor.

We only use Altamura durum wheat flour that thanks to the low glycemic index make our pasta more digestible.

The ‘caserecce’ which means homemade in Italian, are one of the pasta shapes that we produce daily in our workshop in Lugano and that lends itself to the preparation of many traditional Italian recipes.

 

We recommend them together with a good beef ragout.
