Crème Brulée

La Creme Brulée, literally means burnt cream, is a dessert whose recipe dates back to the second half of the 1600s.

Made with eggs, milk, cream and sugar, it is a simple but sophisticated dessert that tapers the palate with the light scent of vanilla.
The characteristic of the Creme Brulee is precisely the golden crust obtained by burning with an oxydric torch of sugar with which we sprinkled the surface of the cake.
