Maccheroncini de Roma

Eating our fresh maccheroncini all'Amatriciana will allow you to savor the traditional flavors of Lazio region gastronomy.

Few ingredients and lots of love to give life to an amazing dish.
For our Amatriciana sauce, we use fresh macaroni from our store and a sauce made by our chefs based on a Sicilian tomato sauce, Amatrice cheek and Pecorino Romano PDO
 
INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE:

-220/230 grams of maccheroncini 
-250/300 grams of Amatriciana sauce ‘Masters of Pasta’
-40 grams of grated pecorino romano 
 

PREPERATION: 

1. Bring three liters of water to the boil, add salt and wait for it to boil again 
2. Heat the Amatriciana sauce of Maestri della Pasta by adding black pepper to your liking 
3. Give your maccheroncini about 5 minutes to boil (make sure they are al dente
4. Drain the maccheroncini and add to the pan with the sauce warmed up earlier
5. Mix the pasta and the sauce, and add the Pecorino
