Polenta with Bolognese sauce "Maestri della Pasta"



One of the most classic recipes with which you can recycle meat sauce in a creative way is polenta with Bolognese sauce.

To prepare this variant of polenta, you must first prepare polenta; then pour the polenta flour in a pot with warm water in the heat, put on the heat and stir gently, without forming lumps, cook. It will be ready when it comes off the walls of the saucepan. Then put in a bowl. Heat the Bolognese sauce "Maestri della Pasta" and season the polenta, seasoning with salt and if you want pepper. Transfer everything to a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and butter and go to the oven for 20 minutes at 170 ° and the last 5 minutes in grill mode.

Ingredients:


  • 500 g of flour for polenta

  • 1 or 2 jars of Bolognese sauce "Maestri della Pasta"

  • 2 litres of water

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • 2 teaspoons butter

  • Breadcrumbs

Procedure:


  1. Rain the flour into a pot with warm water

  2. Put the pot on the heat and stir gently, without forming lumps, until cooked

  3. Once the cooking is complete, put the polenta in a saucepan, adding salt and pepper to taste

  4. Heat the Bolognese sauce "Maestri della Pasta"

  5. Transfer everything to a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and butter and bake for 20 minutes at 170 ° and the last 5 minutes in grill mode.
